Headquartered in the Boise-Nampa area, the majority of our activities take place in our local region of Southwestern Idaho. Over the last several years, though, we have had the privilege of working on numerous out of state projects and continue to support customers across eight States, including Hawaii, California and Colorado.
The equipment used to provide reliable information systems is widely available through an assortment of supply channels. Likewise, with access to warehouse stores and the internet, the cost for some items, like printers and other peripherals, is almost the same for the public as for resellers. With this realization, our strategy is centered around the concept that if our customers can get the "stuff" just about anywhere, the only thing we really have to sell is service. That's our commitment, and the continuing success of our customers over the past several years has shown that to be the right decision.
Of course rather than send our busy customers out shopping, we also provide network hardware, custom-built servers and workstations, and other equipment, as required, for a particular project. Furthermore, all or our components are hand selected for their reliability and exceptional performance.
Perhaps our greatest contribution to our customers is in the area of systems analysis and design, wherein we are able to provide innovative solutions for various "business critical" activities. From accounting to home building to light industry and manufacturing, we have customers involved in almost every type of business imaginable. Some have similar needs, but where a specific application is required, we endeavor to learn the intricacies of your business, then diligently research available technology to find the best, cost-effective solution.
