Step 1: Let's start by clicking on the following link, and downloading the remote support client application. This file can be copied to any network drive or computer and re-used as necessary.

Note: If you get a screen like this one, click "Save", then select any location, i.e. "My Documents", "Desktop", etc.

Step 2: After the download is complete, open Windows Explorer, and navigate to the location where you saved the "remote.zip" file.


Step 3: Dbl-click to open the "remote.zip" file, then open/run the file "echoWinVNC.exe".

Step 4: At this point, you'll want to be in contact with one of our support representatives, either by phone or instant message application, and enter the Password and Login Name you are given for this session.


Step 5: Having properly entered the correct Password and Login Name, you should see the following screen,
